Lee D. Pritchard
Lee Pritchard is an experienced trial attorney who divides her practice between the areas of family law and criminal defense. Although Lee believes that trial should be the last resort in any legal dispute, she understands that sometimes an out-of-court settlement cannot be reached, and trial is a necessary last resort to resolve the dispute. Lee brings to the courtroom a variety of experiences: working as a law clerk for a judge, prosecuting individuals as an Assistant District Attorney, and defending her clients as a criminal defense attorney. She knows that good trial work requires dedication, preparation, and attention to detail.
Lee has chosen to practice family law because she enjoys assisting her clients in solving the complex interpersonal and financial problems involved in these cases. Lee handles cases in most areas of family law including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, and restraining orders. She is dedicated to educating clients on the law and providing them with candid advice, so that they can make informed decisions regarding their case.
Lee focuses her criminal defense practice primarily on DUII defense and other misdemeanors. She has DUII trial experience both as a prosecutor and as a defense attorney; and through this combined experience, she has handled over one hundred DUII cases. She is committed to helping her clients understand the potential penalties that they face, as well as helping them to get the best resolution possible in a challenging situation.
